Bunchberry Ventures develops vacation and/or retirement real estate in Downeast Maine on desirable waterfront and rural land. Respect for and preservation of the natural beauty of the land and waters is a driving ethic in all our projects. We seek to create tasteful, quiet, subdivisions which ensure privacy and are a real getaway. This will be achieved through strategic land purchases, creative and conscientious land use planning and landscaping and appropriate, quality architecture. As proven project managers and builders we work with trusted, professional experts and contractors.
Our current project, Sugar Cove, located on historic Molasses Pond in Eastbrook, Maine, has 12 lots available for sale.
